1. Proactively sell Guerlain products, ensuring a luxury standard of service to customers.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
3. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
4. Demonstrate product knowledge and propose personalized solutions to clients.
5. Conduct flash make-overs and explain product benefits confidently.
6. Initiate customer contact and welcome them to the counter.
7. Identify and reformulate client needs to develop personal relationships and gain loyalty.
8. Educate clients on Guerlain products and brand ethos.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
11. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
12. Represent Guerlain as a brand ambassador at all times.
13. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
14. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
15. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
