- Sell Guerlain products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the point of sale and through proactive outreach.
- Identify and understand customer needs to propose personalized product offers in fragrance, make-up, and skincare.
- Encourage cross-category sales by recommending additional products.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers through sampling and makeover bookings.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers on Guerlain products and brand values.
- Ensure adherence to Guerlain merchandising guidelines and optimize visual exposure at the point of sale.
- Monitor stock levels and address issues to maintain sufficient inventory.
- Train and coach multi-brand salespeople on Guerlain products and sales techniques.
- Efficiently execute Guerlain promotional events in-store.
- Analyze and report on Guerlain turnover and market share in the designated area.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to Guerlain representatives.
- Adhere to corporate and store rules, including attendance and grooming guidelines.
- Maintain display quality and cleanliness for all product categories.
- Ensure 100% product availability by managing stock issues.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
- Strong affinity for customer service and a focus on sales.
- Previous experience in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in cosmetic and make-up application.
- Medium-high level proficiency in English.
- Self-confidence and ease in customer interactions.
- Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn.
- Team-oriented with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Organized, autonomous, and self-motivated.
- Result-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
