Guerlain Beauty Consultant

- Sell Guerlain products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers, welcoming them at the point of sale and through proactive engagement.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations in fragrance, make-up, and skincare.
- Encourage cross-category purchases and cultivate long-term customer relationships through sampling and make-over bookings.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and educate customers about Guerlain products and brand values.
- Ensure compliance with Guerlain merchandising guidelines and optimize visual exposure at the point of sale.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory issues, and ensure 100% product availability.
- Train and coach multi-brand salespeople on Guerlain products, sales techniques, and brand ethos.
- Execute Guerlain promotional events in-store efficiently.
- Analyze and report Guerlain turnover and market share within the designated area.
- Adhere to corporate and store policies, including attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards.
- Maintain display quality and cleanliness, ensuring an impeccable presentation of products.
- Engage actively during shifts to uphold Guerlain's standards of customer service and display excellence.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on sales.
- Proven selling skills and operational expertise in a luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, courteous, genuine, and passionate about beauty and luxury.
- Punctual, precise, and efficient in task execution.
- Ability to foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Excellent selling and conversational skills.
- Good knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application.
- Proficiency in English at a medium-high level.
- Self-confidence and ease in customer interactions.
- Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn.
- Team-oriented and professional demeanor.
- Organized, autonomous, and self-motivated.
