1. Sell Guerlain products and provide high-standard customer service.
2. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the point of sale.
3. Identify and understand customer needs.
4. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers in fragrance, make-up, and skincare.
5. Propose additional products and guide customers across product categories.
6. Develop personal and durable relationships with customers.
7. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
8. Educate customers on Guerlain products and brand.
9. Ensure compliance with Guerlain merchandising guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and manage stock issues.
11. Train and coach retailer’s salespeople on Guerlain products and sales techniques.
12. Ensure efficient roll-out of Guerlain promotional events in-store.
13. Analyze Guerlain turnover and market share in the allocated area.
14. Report key messages and suggestions for improvement to Guerlain representatives.
15. Respect corporate and store rules, including attendance and grooming guidelines.
16. Engage in maintaining display quality and cleanliness.
17. Check stock issues to ensure 100% availability.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in high-end cosmetics or luxury goods.
2. Strong affinity for customer service and sales focus.

2. Very good selling and conversation skills.
3. Good cosmetic and make-up application knowledge.
4. Knowledge of English at a medium-high level.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
