1. Sell Guerlain products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact and cultivate relationships with customers.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose personalized product offers.
5. Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure adequate product availability.
9. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
5. Capability to build and maintain customer relationships.

1 - 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
