1. Provide expert consultation and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers across all product categories: fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
2. Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Schedule appointments with clients to enhance personalized service.
4. Display and merchandise products in accordance with Guerlain's brand guidelines.
5. Execute promotional activities and contribute to in-store animations.
6. Participate in inventory management and stocktaking activities.

1. Passion for sales and customer service.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer consultation.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
4. Expertise in skincare is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in German; good command of French or English is beneficial.
6. Excellent communication skills.
