1. Provide optimal customer service and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Advise customers and sell products across all three categories: fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets.
4. Schedule appointments with clients.

6. Conduct promotions and assist in organizing animations.
7. Assist with inventory management.

1. Passion for sales and customer service.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
4. Expertise in skincare is advantageous.
5. Fluency in German with good proficiency in French or English.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Enjoyment of teamwork.
