1. Sell Guerlain products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact and build relationships with customers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
5. Develop long-lasting personal relationships with clients through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets.
7. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to company guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the supervisor to ensure adequate product availability.
9. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the beauty retail sector, preferably within the luxury segment.

3. Proficiency in English.
4. Availability for night shifts.

Diploma in Aesthetics or Makeup.
