1. Represent and embody Guerlain's values to clients as a brand ambassador.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by performing client treatments (facial, body, manicure, pedicure, waxing) according to Guerlain's specific protocols.
3. Cultivate and enhance client relationships to provide a unique and sincere customer experience.
4. Foster client loyalty and expand the local and international clientele using available tools.
5. Contribute to the achievement of individual and collective sales targets.
6. Apply Guerlain's treatment protocols and methods, including diagnostics and personalization of treatments.
7. Demonstrate versatility in providing body, face, and nail care for a diverse and discerning clientele.
8. Master product knowledge across all categories and execute additional sales.
9. Participate actively in team briefings and contribute to team spirit.
10. Maintain the overall harmony and excellence of the Institute by adhering to retail standards and procedures.
11. Respect grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure.

1. Certification in aesthetics (CAP, Bac pro, or BTS Esthétique)

1. Proficiency in English
2. Strong challenge orientation
3. Excellent listening and advisory skills
4. Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
5. Exceptional service orientation in a luxury environment
6. Result and client-oriented mindset

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

CAP, Bac pro, or BTS Esthétique in aesthetics.
