1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique experience for clients, embodying the 'Guerlain Promise'.
2. Develop and maintain a loyal customer base, both local and international, using available tools and methods.
3. Apply Guerlain's skincare protocols and methods, offering personalized diagnostics and treatments.
4. Be versatile in providing body and facial treatments, as well as other aesthetic services.
5. Master product knowledge across all categories and promote additional sales.
6. Achieve and monitor individual and collective sales targets in both boutique and treatment settings.
7. Embody Guerlain's values and contribute to team spirit.
8. Participate in team meetings and contribute to maintaining operational excellence and adherence to procedures.
9. Maintain grooming standards including uniform, makeup, and presentation.

1. BTS Esthétique or equivalent qualification.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Strong listening and advisory skills.
3. Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
4. Service-oriented with a focus on luxury care.
5. Result and client-oriented.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
