1. Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets.
2. Deliver comprehensive customer service, including product information and sales.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail counter area.
4. Respond to customer inquiries regarding Guerlain products.
5. Provide expert consultation on cosmetic shades, skincare, makeup application, and fragrance.
6. Resolve customer issues through various communication channels.
7. Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication.
8. Adhere to all retailer policies and practices.
9. Participate in special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of prestige beauty sales experience.

1. Ability to manage customer expectations and build loyal relationships.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience with CRT and computer-based inventory systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The salary range is $31/hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
