1. Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets.
2. Deliver exceptional beauty and fragrance service to clients, fostering strong client relationships to encourage repeat sales and brand loyalty.
3. Provide comprehensive customer service, including product information, sales, and in-store event execution.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail counter area and products.
5. Meet retail sales plan objectives and track productivity as set by the employer.

7. Offer expert consultation on cosmetic shades, skin treatments, makeup application, artistry, and fragrances.
8. Resolve customer issues or questions via telephone, text, or email, including researching and preparing reply correspondence.
9. Maintain a client registration program, nurture customer relationships, and generate new business through regular communication.
10. Adhere to all retailer policies and practices.
11. Participate in special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.
