1. Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity objectives.
2. Provide comprehensive customer service including product information, sales, and in-store event execution.
3. Maintain courteous, cordial, and professional communication with customers.
4. Ensure retail counter area and products are clean, organized, and well-presented.
5. Meet retail sales plan objectives and track productivity.
6. Respond to customer inquiries regarding Guerlain products.
7. Offer consultation for cosmetic shade selection, skin treatment, makeup application, and fragrance.
8. Resolve customer issues via telephone or written correspondence.
9. Maintain client registration program and sustain customer relationships.
10. Adhere to retailer policies and practices.
11. Participate in special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in prestige beauty sales.

1. Ability to manage customer expectations and build loyal relationships.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience with CRT and aptitude for learning computer-based inventory systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

A minimum of 3 years in prestige beauty sales is required.

Salary range of $27-$29/hour, with flexibility to pay outside this range based on expertise and performance.
