1. Serve as an ambassador of the Guerlain brand, embodying and conveying its values to clients.
2. Deliver exceptional customer care through specialized Guerlain protocols for facial, body, manicure, pedicure, and hair removal treatments.
3. Foster a unique and sincere client experience, ensuring impeccable service and client satisfaction.
4. Cultivate and retain a loyal clientele, expanding both local and international customer bases using available tools and resources.
5. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by mastering product knowledge across all categories and executing additional sales.
6. Actively participate in team dynamics, embodying Guerlain's values and promoting team spirit.
7. Ensure the Institute's excellence in retail standards, including cash management, cabin maintenance, merchandising, and stock control.
8. Adhere to grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, hairstyle, and manicure.

1. CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in Aesthetics

1. Proficiency in English

4. Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
