1. Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets.
2. Deliver comprehensive customer service, including product information and in-store event execution.

6. Respond to customer inquiries about Guerlain products.
7. Provide expert consultation on cosmetic shades, skincare, makeup application, and fragrance.
8. Resolve customer issues via telephone, text, or email, including preparing reply correspondence.
9. Maintain client registration program and sustain customer relationships.
10. Adhere to retailer policies and practices.
11. Engage in special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.

1. 2+ years of experience in prestige beauty sales.
2. Ability to manage customer expectations and build loyalty.

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
3. Experience with CRT and ability to learn computer-based inventory systems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

A minimum of two years in prestige beauty sales is required, with a focus on customer relationship management and sales performance.

The salary range is $30-$33 per hour, with flexibility to recognize expertise and performance.
