Guerlain Assistant Project Manager, Data E-Commerce & Digital Media Internship

- Support E-commerce and Digital Media teams in data collection, ensuring data reliability, quality, and compliance with business needs.
- Oversee the deployment of A/B Testing activations on G.COM from conception to reporting, coordinating teams and preparing analysis and framing documents.
- Assist markets in implementing predefined best practices such as naming conventions, audience management, and access management.
- Aid HQ and market teams in analyzing digital journeys using collected data, including CRO and Web Analytics.
- Contribute to the definition and enhancement of dashboards, utilizing multi-source data.
- Regularly monitor web analytics indicators such as traffic by acquisition channel and opt-in rates.
- Develop materials to ensure the adoption of Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, ContentSquare, Google Suite) and available dashboards.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders including Beauty Tech, Lab LVMH, Data Product Owner, and internal teams.
- Manage communications related to Analytics topics within the dedicated Teams community.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in e-Commerce or digital project management.
- Strong interest in Digital and familiarity with web performance tools (GA4, ContentSquare), Dashboarding (Power BI, Looker Studio), and/or Optimization (Dynamic Yield).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English.
