- Ensure the development, quality, and compliance of first-party data collection related to e-commerce and media performance to support measurement and activation strategies.
- Coordinate the deployment of A/B testing activations to continuously enhance the G.COM experience and define advanced use cases for personalized product journeys and recommendations using the group's tool, Dynamic Yield.
- Collaborate closely with LVMH teams (Tracking, Ad Tech & Optimization) to meet Guerlain's needs and apply group best practices.
- Support Guerlain teams at HQ, regional, and market levels in understanding analytics challenges and adopting performance measurement tools (Google Analytics 4, Content Square).
- Maintain and develop the BI reporting system to assist E-Business and Traffic Acquisition teams in performance management, in collaboration with the Beauty Tech team.
- Conduct and/or perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to monitor G.COM performance and user experience quality in a continuous insight generation approach.
- Student in a business school or equivalent university program, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5).
- Ideally, previous internship experience in e-commerce or digital project management with a strong interest in digital.
- Preferably, experience with web performance tools (GA4, ContentSquare), dashboarding (Power BI, Looker Studio), and optimization (Dynamic Yield).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer and results-oriented.
