- Monitor the advertising content of 360 marketing campaigns.
- Develop visual frameworks for merchandising and digital platforms in collaboration with internal and external graphic designers.
- Contribute to the preparation of international meetings and key events.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with artistic directors.
- Update campaign tracking tools, including visual boards, regulatory compliance for model visuals, and campaign schedules.
- Coordinate and oversee the production of reference proofs for markets, liaising with project managers, artistic directors, and printers.
- Engage in cross-functional projects with the project manager.
- Occasionally administer the internal tool that provides teams with campaign visuals and films.
- Enrollment in a Grande École of Commerce or Communication.
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Proactive and autonomous approach.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing higher education at a Grande École of Commerce or Communication.
