- Develop and execute comprehensive 360º marketing plans across all channels to achieve sell-out and increase market share.
- Adapt global marketing guidelines for successful local product launches, ensuring return on investment.
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through in-store activations, out-of-home events, and trade events.
- Expand client network through partnerships and creative referral programs tailored to the local market.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in collateral planning and execution.
- Define and implement trade plans aligned with business objectives to enhance brand image.
- Manage marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to purchasing KPIs and vendor processes.
- Plan and implement CRM activities to establish a premium customer base.
- Develop local client strategies using market intelligence to improve customer flow and achieve ROI.
- Create CRM action plans for customer recruitment and retention, identifying local partners and opportunities.
- Monitor competitors' activities and consumer trends to provide insights to regional and global teams.
- Prepare monthly business review reports and marketing presentations for retailers.
- Collaborate with CRM intern for post-event insights and future rollout recommendations.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or luxury beauty.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong marketing and communication skills focused on retail environments.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient stakeholder management skills.
- Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally, building strong relationships.
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different locations.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or luxury beauty sectors.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
