Guerlain Assistant Manager, Pricing Analytics and Business Planning

- Develop and execute pricing strategies across local and travel retail markets in Asia Pacific in collaboration with Guerlain HQ and commercial teams.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on pricing competitiveness, assessing the impact of currency fluctuations and promotional campaigns.
- Deliver actionable insights on macro-economic, market, and competition trends affecting performance across APAC.
- Consolidate business and retail performance KPIs for regular reporting to HQ and regional management.
- Prepare forecasting for operational management and annual budget planning.
- Support preparation for top management meetings, including annual budget meetings, business reviews, market visits, and COMEX presentations.
- Interest in luxury retail.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in pricing, analytics, business planning, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Strong numerical and statistical analytical skills.
- Research and synthesis skills to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team environment.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years in pricing, analytics, business planning, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
