1. Implement Guerlain's commercial strategy and ensure the achievement of performance objectives.
2. Analyze and share business KPIs to guide decisions and actions.
3. Design and execute action plans, challenges, and partnerships to boost boutique performance.
4. Ensure retail excellence and adherence to sales standards set by Retail Management.
5. Foster a motivating work environment through briefings, meetings, coaching, and celebrating successes.
6. Set and monitor individual and collective goals, identify training needs, and support skill development.
7. Oversee daily boutique operations including merchandising, stock, cash management, and point-of-sale organization.
8. Collaborate closely with the manager and stockists, ensuring the security, maintenance, and impeccable quality of the sales space.
9. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and exemplify best practices to the team.
10. Apply and enforce the Boutique Promise and 'Dare to Bee' sales method.
11. Participate in customer recruitment, retention, and development.
12. Monitor customer KPIs and ensure impeccable service on the sales floor, including dispute management and customer satisfaction.

1. Successful initial experience in management required
2. Fluency in English essential (additional languages are a plus)
