- Implement Guerlain's commercial strategy and ensure the achievement of performance objectives.
- Analyze and share business KPIs to guide decisions and actions.
- Design and execute action plans, challenges, and partnerships to boost boutique performance.
- Ensure retail excellence and adherence to sales standards set by Retail Management.
- Foster a motivating work environment through briefings, meetings, coaching, and celebrating successes.
- Set and monitor individual and collective goals, identify training needs, and support skill development.
- Oversee daily boutique operations including merchandising, stock, cash management, and point-of-sale organization.
- Collaborate closely with the manager and stockists, ensuring the security, maintenance, and impeccable quality of the sales space.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and exemplify best practices to the team.
- Apply and enforce the Boutique Promise and 'Dare to Bee' sales method.
- Participate in customer recruitment, retention, and development.
- Monitor customer KPIs and ensure impeccable service on the sales floor, including dispute management and customer satisfaction.
- Successful initial experience in management required
- Fluency in English essential (additional languages are a plus)
