- Serve as a Guerlain Lead Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's savoir-faire, heritage, and values.
- Communicate and uphold Guerlain's codes and attitudes, fostering a client-oriented mindset within the team.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to enhance sales and client experiences using a test and learn approach.
- Develop and expand the boutique's client base through effective use of CRM tools and personalized client interactions.
- Conduct sales analysis and propose strategic actions for improvement, staying abreast of competitive trends.
- Ensure an engaging and luxurious shopping experience across all product categories.
- Assist with counter management, including scheduling, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Support daily sales activities and drive team productivity.
- Coordinate communication for store events and animations.
- Promote operational excellence in merchandising, store presentation, and administrative tasks.
- Support team coaching and education strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
- Previous experience as a Counter Manager or in sales and training roles.
- Passion for the Guerlain brand and its values, with the ability to inspire team and clients.
- Empathetic, positive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player with strong listening and communication skills.
- Resourceful with strong analytical skills for proactive problem solving.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Multilingual abilities preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
Salary range of $60,000 - $65,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
