1. Collaborate closely with Artistic Directors on the creation and management of advertising campaigns.
2. Participate actively in Artistic Direction meetings with Marketing to understand campaign dynamics.
3. Assist in the design of new visuals and video advertisements.
4. Adapt and format creations for various media channels including digital, POS, press, and in-store displays.
5. Engage in creative brainstorming and moodboard creation for new launches.
6. Contribute to the development of visual intentions.
7. Oversee projects from conception to completion.
8. Ensure visual coherence and harmony across all brand franchises.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in artistic direction or graphic design is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Keynote, PowerPoint, and video/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere).
2. Strong creativity and organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail and pragmatic approach.
4. Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
5. Strong interest in luxury and cosmetics industries.
6. Keen interest in new AI technologies.

Entry-level position suitable for students with some internship experience in artistic direction or graphic design.
