1. Collaborate with Art Directors in the conception of new advertising visuals and videos.
2. Adapt creative designs for various formats and platforms, including digital, POS, press, and merchandising displays.
3. Engage in creative brainstorming and develop moodboards for new product launches.
4. Participate in the development of visual intentions.
5. Oversee projects from conception to completion.
6. Ensure visual consistency and harmony across all brand franchises.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in art direction or graphic design is preferred.
3. Recognized for creativity, organization, commitment, precision, and pragmatism.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Keynote, PowerPoint, and video/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere).
2. Strong sensitivity to the luxury and cosmetics industry.
3. Interest in new technologies, including AI.
4. Excellent command of French and a good level of English.

Entry-level experience, ideally with a previous internship in art direction or graphic design.

Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent.
