Guerlain Area Retail Manager

- Oversee P&L for accounts, establishing sales and investment budgets, and coordinating financial reporting.
- Negotiate and implement marketing plans in line with international travel retail guidelines.
- Build and manage a team of Beauty Consultants, conducting regular meetings and overseeing talent development.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail or business development.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Expertise in retail, sales techniques, and business development.
- Proficiency in merchandising, including stock rotation and inventory management.
- Solid understanding of business commercials and P&L management.
- Leadership and people management skills with a focus on building effective teams.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
