1. Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy for assigned accounts to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
2. Implement strategies to enhance both sell-in and sell-out performance.
3. Ensure all accounts meet inventory and assortment requirements.
4. Conduct market analysis to anticipate developments and identify new opportunities for account openings and space improvements.
5. Recommend distribution changes based on performance, brand image, and compliance.
6. Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
7. Maintain regular visits to key account clients, with 40% to 50% of time spent traveling.
8. Negotiate inventory solutions, advertising, promotional investments, and margins.
9. Oversee P&L for accounts, establishing sales and investment budgets, and coordinating financial reporting.
10. Negotiate and implement marketing plans in line with international travel retail guidelines.
11. Build and manage a team of Beauty Consultants, conducting regular meetings and overseeing talent development.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail or business development.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in merchandising, including stock rotation and inventory management.
4. Solid understanding of business commercials and P&L management.
