Guerlain Area Retail Manager

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Enhance sell-in and sell-out strategies, ensuring all accounts meet inventory and assortment requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate developments and identify new opportunities, including account openings and space improvements.
- Recommend distribution changes based on performance, brand image, and compliance with brand standards.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends, maintaining regular communication with key account clients.
- Negotiate inventory solutions, advertising, promotional investments, and margins.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, establishing sales and investment budgets.
- Coordinate financial reporting and collaborate with controllers to monitor commitments and update financial systems.
- Implement the International Travel Retail marketing plan, ensuring profitability and timely delivery of promotional materials.
- Build and lead a team of Beauty Consultants, conducting regular meetings to review targets and incentives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the team.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail or sales management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
- Expertise in retail, sales techniques, and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid business acumen with P&L exposure.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail or sales management.
