- Monitor trading results daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure performance aligns with targets. Develop and deliver proposals to enhance performance.
- Act as an Ambassador of Retail Excellence and utilize Retail Excellence tools.
- Develop, coach, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to achieve a high-performance culture. Motivate and inspire the team to meet retail targets and progress in their career paths.
- Lead by example in customer-centric practices and coach all Brand Ambassadors.
- Recruit and retain exceptional talent, developing team skills and capabilities at both group and individual levels. Conduct regular team assessments and provide feedback.
- Achieve area targets including retail sales, out-of-stock rates, and point of sale KPIs such as Average Basket Units and New Customers.
- Implement company strategy and vision across the area, ensuring all retail partners are informed of brand ambitions and marketing plans.
- Manage store visit frequency according to store categorization. Build strong relationships with key store and floor managers.
- Ensure brand image is upheld by implementing marketing plans and merchandising guidelines in both Ambassador and non-Ambassador doors.
- Build effective relationships with Head Office teams including marketing, sales, training, customer service, finance, and HR.
- Train and coach retail partner staff on lifestyle products during each visit.
- Manage temporary staff effectively.
- Handle HR responsibilities including disciplinaries, absence, performance management, and completion of HR documents.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
