1. Monitor trading results daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure performance aligns with targets, and develop strategies to enhance performance.
2. Act as an Ambassador of Retail Excellence, utilizing Retail Excellence tools.
3. Develop, coach, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to foster a high-performance culture.
4. Lead by example in customer-centric practices and coach brand ambassadors accordingly.
5. Recruit and retain exceptional talent, focusing on team development and career progression.
6. Achieve area targets including retail sales, OOS, and point of sale KPIs.
7. Implement company strategy and vision across the area, ensuring retail partners are informed of brand ambitions and marketing plans.
8. Manage store visit frequency and build strong relationships with store managers to support brand retail ambitions.
9. Ensure marketing plans and merchandising guidelines are flawlessly executed.
10. Build effective relationships with Head Office teams including marketing, sales, training, customer service, finance, and HR.
11. Train and coach retail partner staff on lifestyle products during store visits.
12. Manage temporary staff and handle HR responsibilities such as disciplinaries, absence, and performance management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years in team management.

1. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
