Guerlain Area Manager

- Monitor trading results daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure performance aligns with targets, and develop strategies to enhance performance.
- Act as an Ambassador of Retail Excellence, utilizing Retail Excellence tools.
- Develop, coach, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead by example in customer-centric practices and coach brand ambassadors accordingly.
- Recruit and retain exceptional talent, focusing on team development and career progression.
- Achieve area targets including retail sales, OOS, and point of sale KPIs.
- Implement company strategy and vision across the area, ensuring retail partners are informed of brand ambitions and marketing plans.
- Manage store visit frequency and build strong relationships with store managers to support brand retail ambitions.
- Ensure marketing plans and merchandising guidelines are flawlessly executed.
- Build effective relationships with Head Office teams including marketing, sales, training, customer service, finance, and HR.
- Train and coach retail partner staff on lifestyle products during store visits.
- Manage temporary staff and handle HR responsibilities such as disciplinaries, absence, and performance management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years in team management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret retail results.
- Flexibility and agility in dynamic environments.
- Proven people management capabilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-focused with adaptability.
- Confidence and influence at all organizational levels.
