1. Monitor trading results daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure performance aligns with targets, and develop proposals to enhance performance.
2. Act as an Ambassador of Retail Excellence, utilizing Retail Excellence tools.
3. Develop, coach, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to foster a high-performance culture.
4. Lead by example in customer-centric practices and coach Brand Ambassadors.
5. Recruit and retain exceptional talent, developing team skills and capabilities.
6. Achieve area targets including retail sales, OOS, and point of sale KPIs.
7. Implement company strategy and vision throughout the area, ensuring retail partners are aligned with brand ambition and marketing plans.
8. Manage store visit frequency and build strong relationships with key store managers.
9. Ensure brand image is maintained and marketing plans are implemented in all retail locations.
10. Build effective relationships with Head Office teams including marketing, sales, and HR.
11. Train and coach retail partner staff on lifestyle products during visits.
12. Manage temporary staff and handle HR responsibilities such as disciplinaries and performance management.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years managing a team.
