- Monitor trading results daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure performance aligns with targets, and develop proposals to enhance performance.
- Act as an Ambassador of Retail Excellence, utilizing Retail Excellence tools.
- Develop, coach, and manage a team of brand ambassadors to foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead by example in customer-centric practices and coach Brand Ambassadors.
- Recruit and retain exceptional talent, developing team skills and capabilities.
- Achieve area targets including retail sales, OOS, and point of sale KPIs.
- Implement company strategy and vision throughout the area, ensuring retail partners are aligned with brand ambition and marketing plans.
- Manage store visit frequency and build strong relationships with key store managers.
- Ensure brand image is maintained and marketing plans are implemented in all retail locations.
- Build effective relationships with Head Office teams including marketing, sales, and HR.
- Train and coach retail partner staff on lifestyle products during visits.
- Manage temporary staff and handle HR responsibilities such as disciplinaries and performance management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years managing a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret retail results.
- Flexibility and agility in a dynamic environment.

- Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
