1. Manage and achieve retail sales targets for all stores within the London region.
2. Collaborate with the education team and Retail Director to identify and implement coaching and development opportunities.
3. Support store teams through coaching and feedback to create effective monthly activity plans.
4. Build strong relationships with retail partners across all stores in the region.
5. Monitor and manage Business and Account Managers through regular store visits and business reviews.
6. Ensure complete representation of the brand through standards of grooming, customer service, merchandising, and event planning.
7. Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal productivity.
8. Identify and resolve stock issues to maximize sales.
9. Manage store teams to ensure operational compliance in areas such as web reporting and store communication.
10. Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across the region.
11. Present seasonal and new lines quarterly to independent retailers.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field management role, ideally with central London experience.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment.
3. Capability to build, develop, and motivate highly skilled sales individuals.
4. Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to set targets.
6. Competent IT skills, including Lotus Notes and MS Office.
7. Strong organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a field management role, preferably with experience in central London.
