1. Manage and achieve retail sales targets for all stores within the London region.
2. Collaborate with the education team and Retail Director to identify and implement coaching and development opportunities.
3. Support store teams through coaching and feedback to create effective monthly activity plans.
4. Build strong relationships with retail partners across all stores in the region.
5. Monitor and manage Business and Account Managers through regular store visits and business reviews.
6. Ensure staffing levels per store are optimized for productivity.
7. Identify and address stock issues to maximize sales.
8. Manage store teams to ensure operational compliance in areas such as web reporting and communication.
9. Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across the region, including Business/Account Managers and Beauty Consultants.
10. Ensure adherence to company standards and brand values.
11. Present seasonal and new product lines quarterly to independent retailers.

1. Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field management role, ideally with central London experience.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Competent in IT skills, including Lotus Notes and MS Office.
5. Strong organizational skills.
