- Achieve retail sales targets across all stores within the London region.
- Collaborate with the education team and Retail Director to identify and implement coaching and development opportunities.
- Provide coaching and feedback to store teams to ensure effective monthly activity plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners across the region.
- Conduct regular store visits and business reviews to ensure brand representation and identify areas for development.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal productivity.
- Address stock issues to maximize sales.
- Manage store teams to ensure operational compliance.
- Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across the region.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and brand values.
- Present seasonal and new product lines to independent retailers quarterly.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a natural aptitude for coaching.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within central London.
- Ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
