1. Manage and drive retail sales targets for all stores within the London region.
2. Collaborate with the education team and Retail Director to identify and implement coaching and development opportunities.
3. Support store teams through coaching and feedback to create effective monthly activity plans.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across all stores in the region.
5. Monitor and manage Business and Account Managers through regular store visits and business reviews.
6. Ensure optimal staffing levels per store to maximize productivity.
7. Identify and address stock issues to ensure sales maximization.
8. Manage store teams to ensure full operational compliance in areas such as web reporting and store communication.
9. Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across the region, managing approximately 30 team members.
10. Ensure adherence to company standards and brand values at all times.
11. Present seasonal and new product lines to independent retailers quarterly.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field management role, ideally with experience in central London.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to build, develop, and motivate highly skilled sales individuals.
4. Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to set targets.
6. Competent IT skills, including Lotus Notes and MS Office.
7. Strong organizational skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a field management role, preferably with central London experience.
