Area Manager

1. Manage and achieve retail sales targets for all stores within the London region.
2. Collaborate with the education team and Retail Director to identify and implement coaching and development opportunities.
3. Support store teams through coaching and feedback to create effective monthly activity plans.
4. Build strong relationships with retail partners across the region.
5. Monitor and manage Business and Account Managers through regular store visits and business reviews.
6. Ensure complete representation of the brand through grooming, customer service, merchandising, product knowledge, and event planning.
7. Monitor staffing levels to ensure productivity.
8. Identify and address stock issues to maximize sales.
9. Manage store teams to ensure full operational compliance.
10. Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across the region.
11. Ensure company standards and brand values are respected.
12. Present seasonal and new lines to independent retailers quarterly.
