Guerlain Area Manager

- Manage and drive retail sales targets for all stores within the London region.
- Collaborate with the education team and Retail Director to identify and implement coaching and development opportunities.
- Support store teams through coaching and feedback to create effective monthly activity plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across all stores in the region.
- Monitor and manage Business and Account Managers through regular store visits and business reviews.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels per store to maximize productivity.
- Identify and address stock issues to ensure sales maximization.
- Manage store teams to ensure full operational compliance in areas such as web reporting and store communication.
- Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across the region, managing approximately 30 team members.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and brand values at all times.
- Present seasonal and new product lines to independent retailers quarterly.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field management role, ideally with experience in central London.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build, develop, and motivate highly skilled sales individuals.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to set targets.
- Competent IT skills, including Lotus Notes and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a field management role, preferably with central London experience.
