Guerlain Architecture and Store Planning Project Manager

- Develop and coordinate architectural projects for store openings and renovations, ensuring alignment with briefs, concepts, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with HQ Architecture and Store Planning teams.
- Assist local teams in finalizing briefs to propose initial zoning and creative ideas to the Europe Merchandising Manager, and present selected proposals for regional or HQ validation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HQ, marketing, sales, field teams) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers) throughout project phases: briefing, zoning, 3D modeling, technical plans, tendering, execution drawing corrections, site monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of regional and local specificities related to architectural projects.
- Monitor project timelines using tracking tools, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with responsibility and eco-design standards.
- Advanced degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Master's level).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in interior or commercial architecture, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in drawing software (Sketchup and Autocad) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, rigorous, and creative, with the ability to work in demanding environments.
- Organized, dynamic, and proactive, with a strong initiative.
- Autonomous and versatile, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in interior or commercial architecture, preferably in the luxury sector, with experience in design and store planning.
Advanced degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Master's level).
