- Develop and coordinate architectural projects for store openings and renovations, ensuring alignment with briefs, concepts, budgets, and timelines, in close collaboration with the Architecture and Store Planning HQ teams.
- Assist local teams in finalizing briefs and propose initial zoning and creative ideas to the Merchandising Europe Manager for validation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HQ, marketing, sales, and field teams) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers) throughout project phases: briefing, zoning, 3D modeling, technical plans, tendering, drawing corrections, site supervision, and issue resolution.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of regional and local specificities related to architectural projects.
- Monitor project timelines using tracking tools and adjust projects to adhere to budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with responsibility and eco-design standards.
- Advanced degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Master's level).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in interior or commercial architecture, preferably in the luxury sector. Experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, rigorous, and creative, capable of thriving in a demanding environment.
- Organized, dynamic, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Autonomous and versatile, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software (Sketchup, Autocad) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of graphic design processes, artistic culture, and design.
- Ability to prepare presentation documents (Microsoft Office Suite).
Minimum of 3 years in interior or commercial architecture, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
