- Optimize project management IT tools for product innovations and evolutions, including defining needs with project leaders and users, automating data updates, and establishing best practices for tool usage and training users.
- Lead regulatory compliance and new product projects to ensure market-ready products meet deadlines, quality, and cost standards.
- Conduct pre-feasibility studies, risk analysis, and identify potential project obstacles to anticipate challenges.
- Develop project timelines with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, providing alerts and identifying alternative solutions when necessary.
- Manage cost control for projects.
- Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, participating as an interface or alert role in various project-related discussions.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school with a strong interest in IT tools and project management.
- Proficiency in data handling, analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with knowledge of Microsoft Power BI as an advantage.
- Autonomous, meticulous, organized, and dynamic.
- Strong collaborative work predisposition and excellent interpersonal skills.
Entry-level experience suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in engineering or related field.
