Guerlain Apprentice Project Manager - PLM/PIM & Microsoft Power Platform

- Maintain and optimize local article creation forms and interfaced services using Power Apps/Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP.
- Coordinate with the Power Platform consultant to monitor and execute ongoing projects.
- Participate in project committees and the continuous optimization of PLM Centric and PIM Akeneo solutions.
- Conduct testing and manage user support, including training sessions.
- Assist in deploying new commercial partners on the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) technology.
- Create indicators to ensure data completeness across various departments and formalize processes and methodologies.
- Participate in bi-monthly service meetings to present indicators and drive action plans to reduce late article activations.
- Develop Power BI reports to ensure data reliability and facilitate consistency checks.
- Support other departments in using the product catalog and tracking article activations.
- Propose improvements to existing tools.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Data, IT, or Supply Chain.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and graphs.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong curiosity and tenacity with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate pedagogical skills.
Beginner level experience in data and IT-related projects.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
