Guerlain Apprentice Project Manager for PLM/PIM & Microsoft Power Platform

1. Maintain and optimize local item creation forms and services interfaced with a robot for ERP SAP creation using Power Apps/Power Automate.
2. Coordinate with the Power Platform consultant for ongoing project tracking and execution.
3. Participate in Project Committees and continuous optimization of PLM Centric and PIM Akeneo solutions.
4. Conduct tests and manage user support and training sessions.
5. Assist in deploying new commercial partners on the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN).
6. Create indicators to coordinate product data completeness across various departments.
7. Formalize processes and work methods.
8. Participate in bi-monthly service meetings to present indicators and lead action plans to reduce late activations of items.
9. Create Power BI reports to ensure data reliability and facilitate consistency checks.
10. Support other departments in using the product catalog and item activation tracking.
11. Propose improvements for existing tools.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+3/Bac+4 level education in engineering or business school with a specialization in Data, IT, or Supply Chain.

1. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts).
2. Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is ideal.
3. Curiosity and persistence.
4. Strong communication and pedagogical skills.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a Bac+3/Bac+4 level education in engineering or business school with a specialization in Data, IT, or Supply Chain.

Apprenticeship position available from September 2025 for a minimum duration of one year, based in Paris 1st arrondissement.
