- Negotiate and develop PLV references for the global retail network.
- Procure in alignment with Guerlain's purchasing policy and LVMH group strategy, adhering to quality, cost, and timeline standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in collaboration with merchandising and suppliers.
- Propose technical solutions with a focus on value analysis and eco-design to optimize launch campaign margins.
- Execute the entire purchasing process, including needs analysis, sourcing, tender management, negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Anticipate risks and manage alerts to ensure market readiness.
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with pricing terms and quality standards, and intervene in case of disputes.
- Participate in budget preparation and ensure adherence.
- Currently in the final year of a Master's program (Bac+5) in business school, engineering school, or university, ideally with a specialization in Purchasing, Development, or Project Management.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and curiosity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Technical and creative aptitude.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
Master's degree in progress, ideally with a focus on Purchasing, Development, or Project Management.
