Guerlain Analytics & Planning Intern

- Analyze existing reports for stakeholders, identify process gaps, and optimize for company-wide standardization.
- Manage end-to-end analyses, identifying issues, gathering information, analyzing data, interpreting patterns and trends, building models, and providing recommendations for insightful data and automated reports.
- Translate business needs into business intelligence reports with unique use cases for key users.
- Automate and validate newly created reports, developing corrective actions to enhance data integrity and quality.
- Set up and maintain business intelligence tools, infrastructure, and integration with internal and external data sources.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of database management (Python, SQL) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign) is preferred.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Analytical with strong business acumen, capable of working with large data sets to discover patterns and trends.
- Creative and curious, with the ability to independently research and propose new processes and solutions.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Team player with the ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
