- Analyze existing reports for various stakeholders, identify process gaps, and optimize for standardization across the company.
- Manage end-to-end analyses, identify issues, gather information from diverse sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, provide recommendations, and create insightful automated reports.
- Translate business needs into BI reports with unique use cases for key users.
- Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality.
- Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with internal and external data sources.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting.
- On track to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or any other analytical field.
- Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship from July 25 to December 25.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of project management (agile methodology), database management (SQL, Cognos Analytics), and CRM tools (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign) is preferred.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical skills with business acumen to work with large datasets, discover patterns and trends, and form conclusions based on findings.
- Creative and curious, with the ability to independently research and propose new processes and solutions.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Team player with the ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Beginner level experience with a focus on analytics and planning.
On track to graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical field.
