1. Prepare and organize photo shoots and filming sessions, including scheduling, coordinating with various service providers, budgeting, and negotiation.
2. Oversee post-production processes, including budgeting, negotiation, retouching, and format adaptations.
3. Manage rights clearance and maintain the database for music, films, and visuals.
4. Maintain the weekly schedule for shoots.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in advertising production, preferably in an art buying or TV production department within the beauty industry.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Proactive and engaged approach to work.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Entry-level position suitable for students with some prior experience in advertising production.
