- Organize and prepare photo shoots and filming sessions, including scheduling, coordinating with various service providers, and handling quotations and negotiations.
- Oversee post-production processes, including quotations, negotiations, retouching, and format adaptations.
- Manage rights clearance and maintain the database for music, films, and visuals.
- Maintain the weekly schedule for photo shoots.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in advertising production within an art buying or TV production department, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multitask efficiently.
- Proactive and engaged approach to tasks.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, humility, and adaptability.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Entry-level position suitable for students with some internship experience in advertising production.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
