- Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets at the point of sale.
- Meet retail sales targets and contribute to store and service KPIs monthly.
- Sell Dior products by meeting client needs and providing exceptional service following the D.I.O.R. method.
- Educate customers on the Dior brand and products.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Report weekly on store performance to the Retail Manager.
- Gather and report market and competition trends, identifying development opportunities with the Area Manager.
- Manage the team daily, fostering team spirit and energy.
- Ensure team adherence to Dior strategy, goals, and standards.
- Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
- Coach and develop team skills and knowledge using Dior tools and training materials.
- Foster a positive working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Oversee the annual review process for all store employees.
- Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining team members.
- Manage payroll and overtime using the in-store system (Tamigo).
- Support incentives calculations and ensure compliance with legal labor rules.
- Lead clienteling and CRM activities.
- Animate the implementation and success of Dior launch plans and animations.
- Manage internal and external communications for successful events.
- Propose and execute actions to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
- Ensure a client and service-centric mindset in the team.
- Leverage client data to enhance loyalty and recruitment.
- Meet annual voice of client standards as defined by corporate.
- Organize and host in-store events such as beauty classes.
- Ensure operational excellence and manage counter rotas.
- Optimize stock levels and sell-through by analyzing sales data.
- Ensure compliance with sales, till, cash, and stock management procedures.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
- Ensure team health and safety management aligns with guidelines.
- Coordinate with the retail team for POS maintenance and logistics.
- Support team IT needs and processes, flagging issues to relevant departments.
- Manage relationships with retailers and report issues to the Retail Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fragrance or cosmetics sales.
- Experience within the retail market.
- Experience working in a department store is advantageous.
- Proven sales record and ability to deliver on KPIs.
- Experience in motivating and leading a small team is advantageous.
- Coaching experience in a similar role.
- Previous in-store eventing experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Analytical skills for sales and market trend analysis.
- Ability to organize and execute in-store events.
- Competence in stock management and operational procedures.
Minimum of 3 years in a fragrance or cosmetics sales role, with experience in retail and department store environments being advantageous.
