1. Serve as an ambassador for Guerlain, embodying and transmitting the brand's values to customers and employees.
2. Plan and manage sales objectives, ensuring excellence in customer service and strategy implementation.
3. Develop a unique customer experience and impeccable service, setting an example for the team.
4. Recruit, develop, and retain customers while monitoring retail performance KPIs.
5. Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and ensure objectives are met.
6. Analyze and share business KPIs, manage reporting, and develop action plans.
7. Participate in recruitment, training, and integration of new employees, fostering a climate of trust and positive energy.
8. Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
9. Supervise administrative management, including schedules, payroll, and risk management.
10. Ensure the image of the counter is respected through effective visual merchandising.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in sales and customer service within a luxury environment.

2. Strong organizational capacity and commercial sensitivity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management applications.
4. Ability to coach and lead a team with managerial courage.
5. Dynamic, empathetic, and autonomous with a power of proposal.
