1. Set and achieve sales targets for the team in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell Guerlain products, ensuring a luxury service standard for customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Link sell across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on Guerlain products and history.
6. Demonstrate products through flash make-overs and articulate their benefits.
7. Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
8. Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
9. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
10. Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
