1. Develop and maintain a unique and exemplary customer experience.
2. Apply and enforce Guerlain's distinctive sales methodology.
3. Recruit, develop, and retain a loyal customer base.
4. Monitor and manage retail performance KPIs, both qualitative and quantitative.
5. Ensure swift and efficient resolution of customer disputes and complaints.
6. Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and meet set objectives.
7. Analyze and report on business KPIs, contributing to action plans and partnerships.
8. Participate in recruitment, training, and integration of new team members.
9. Foster a climate of trust and positive energy within the team.
10. Define objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
11. Coach and train teams, ensuring continuous skill development.
12. Oversee administrative management, including schedules, payroll, and bonuses.
13. Supervise maintenance and manage risk, including security and inventories.
14. Ensure the counter's image is maintained through effective visual merchandising.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

2. Strong organizational capacity and commercial sensitivity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Knowledge of business management applications.
5. Ability to coach and lead a team with managerial courage.

7. Exemplary in procedure application, field presence, and presentation.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
