- Achieve sales and profitability targets at the point of sale.
- Contribute to store and service KPIs monthly.
- Sell Dior products by meeting client needs and providing exceptional service.
- Educate customers on Dior brand and products.
- Lead the sales team by example and maintain a welcoming boutique environment.
- Report weekly store performance to the Retail Manager.
- Gather and report market and competition trends.
- Manage and motivate the team, ensuring team spirit and energy.
- Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
- Coach and develop team skills using Dior tools and training materials.
- Foster a positive working environment and culture of feedback.
- Oversee the annual review process for store employees.
- Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining team members.
- Manage payroll and overtime accurately using in-store systems.
- Support incentive calculations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Lead clienteling and CRM activities.
- Implement and manage Dior launch plans and animations.
- Organize and host in-store events such as beauty classes.
- Ensure operational excellence and manage counter rotas.
- Optimize stock levels and sell-through by analyzing sales data.
- Ensure adherence to sales, cash, and stock management procedures.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
- Coordinate POS maintenance and logistics with the retail team.
- Manage relationships with retailers and report issues to the Retail Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience in fragrance or cosmetics sales.
- Experience in the retail market.
- Experience in a department store is advantageous.
- Proven sales record and ability to deliver on KPIs.
- Experience in motivating and leading a small team is advantageous.
- Coaching experience in a similar role.
- Previous in-store eventing experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in using retail management systems.
At least 3 years of experience in fragrance or cosmetics sales, with a proven track record in retail and team leadership.
