- Ensure sales and profitability targets are met at the point of sale.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and service KPIs monthly.
- Sell Dior products by providing a memorable client experience and adhering to the brand's service standards.
- Educate customers on the Dior brand and products.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to maintain a welcoming boutique environment.
- Report weekly store performance to the Retail Manager.
- Gather and report market and competition trends to identify development opportunities.
- Manage and motivate the team to maintain high team spirit and energy.
- Set and monitor individual KPIs for team members.
- Coach and develop team skills using Dior training materials.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the annual review process for store employees.
- Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining team members.
- Manage payroll and overtime using the in-store system.
- Support incentives calculations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Lead clienteling and CRM activities to enhance client experience.
- Implement and manage Dior launch plans and in-store animations.
- Propose and execute actions to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
- Ensure operational excellence and manage counter schedules.
- Optimize stock levels and ensure visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Manage relationships with retailers and report issues to the Retail Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience in fragrance or cosmetics sales.
- Experience in the retail market, preferably in a department store.
- Proven sales record and ability to meet KPIs.
- Experience in motivating and leading a small team.
- Coaching experience in a similar role.
- Previous in-store eventing experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and clienteling techniques.
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize stock levels.
- Competence in managing payroll and compliance with labor laws.
- Skill in organizing and executing in-store events.
A minimum of 3 years in a fragrance or cosmetics sales role, with experience in retail and department stores preferred.
