Guerlain Account Executive

- Serve as a Guerlain Brand Ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's savoir-faire, heritage, and values.
- Foster a client-oriented mindset and promote the vision of luxury and modernity.
- Innovate and solve problems creatively, contributing to market improvement with a test-and-learn approach.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key business partners in stores and corporate offices.
- Provide regular feedback to the Corporate office and share best practices with other retail locations.
- Develop and grow the client base through effective Customer Retention Management (CRM).
- Conduct sales analysis and propose actionable improvements, staying abreast of market trends.
- Implement methods to connect with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Identify market strengths and opportunities, creating action plans in collaboration with the National Sales Director.
- Achieve retail and net sales goals as set by Corporate.
- Coach and develop Guerlain Business Managers and build a network of high-performing Beauty Advisors.
- Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Consultants to meet sales goals.
- Lead Retail Excellence by modeling best practices in-store.
- Manage Selling Specialist spending within budget.
- Coordinate with retail store management on product launches, promotions, and special events.
- Negotiate with store personnel to optimize product placement at beauty counters.
- Partner with the Education Department for training and development of staff.
- Maintain T/E expenses within budgetary guidelines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training professional.
- Passion for Guerlain and its values, with the ability to convey this to teams and clients.
- Empathetic, positive, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player with effective communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Resourceful with strong analytical skills for proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Strong understanding of prestige beauty and skincare sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to recruit and build high-performing teams.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management, with a proven track record in business management or sales training.
Salary range is $120,000 - $130,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
