1. Negotiate annual objectives and merchandise placement aligned with the brand's commercial strategy across assigned retailers.
2. Plan monthly and annual Sell In and Sell Out targets, developing client-specific strategies considering demand, sell-out sales, and stock levels.
3. Ensure adherence to annual and monthly sales budgets, including discounts and brand expenditures.
4. Conduct client visits and present new products to buyers.
5. Prepare reports to monitor results and performance.
6. Provide support to the Supervisors' team to address retail point needs.
7. Collaborate in the planning and control of monthly Trade plans with the Marketing team.
8. Develop presentations for commercial cycles and clients.
9. Create sales forecasts by client, region, and SKU on a monthly basis.
10. Analyze ROI of events in collaboration with the Marketing team.

1. Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.

1. Advanced proficiency in English.
2. Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
